Ax200s Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the ax200s platform in Malaysia. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with all rules set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. ax200s reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
By registering an account or using any part of the ax200s platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. ax200s is not responsible for any breach of local laws committed by users.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one personal account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Any attempt to register a duplicate or fake account, or to register using a third party's information, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity on your account. ax200s recommends using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
- Personal information must be accurate and verifiable at any time.
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Any attempt to hack or compromise the platform's systems is a serious offence.
- Users may not transfer their account to another party without written authorisation.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the ax200s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy, which can be reviewed in the user account section. Payments are processed via approved methods including local internet banking, licensed digital wallets, and Malaysian debit cards.
Ax200s reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity. All withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once verification is complete. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and belong to them.
Any refund requests or transaction disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. ax200s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Ax200s does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, ax200s is not liable for any indirect loss, negligence, or damage arising from the use of the platform.
A user account may be suspended or closed without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the use of unauthorised bots or third-party software. Balances in accounts closed due to a violation may be forfeited at ax200s's discretion.
All platform content, including logos, graphics, software, interface design, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of ax200s or its respective licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or reuse without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
The ax200s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for reference purposes only. ax200s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review each site's terms before engaging with them.
Ax200s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notices or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the ax200s platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms or through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
